What ages do you provide services for? 

I see adults and adolescents aged 13+.

Do you accept insurance? 

I currently accept Aetna, Optum, UHC, Carelon, Cigna, and Harmony (MGM, Culinary, Teamsters) insurance in Nevada. I accept Aetna and Cigna in Utah. I also accept cash pay.

Do you write super bills for Out of Network providers?

Yes. I am willing to write superbills. You will need to verify with your insurance they cover out of network providers.

Can I schedule in office session?

I am currently virtual only.

How often do you see clients?

Typically, once a week depending on presenting problems.
